Santa Cruz has more than most people realize. 

Small beach towns, natural beauty, a relaxed lifestyle, culture and diversity—all within commute distance to the Bay Area.  Having grown up in upstate New York, and experienced life on both coasts, there is no place I would rather be than Santa Cruz.

I bring my diverse background to an already diverse area. I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Hotel Management, (my love for unconventional towns began in Ithaca, New York, while in college). I began my career with the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, where I learned the value of providing exceptional service and anticipating clients' needs. When my family relocated to the Bay Area, I joined Archstone to oversee the overall operation of an apartment community in Dublin. After we moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, I decided to shift my career to real estate. It has been a fantastic experience, and I am honored that my sales accomplishments have earned me the recognition of my peers. 

Buying or selling a home is a significant event. My job is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. I value regular communication and am compulsively organized. One size does not fit all in real estate, thus I feel it is important to listen carefully and adjust to the needs of my individual clients. I truly care for my clients and put their interests first. Both in personal and professional life, I strive to treat others as I would want to be treated.

My husband, Carlo, and I currently live in Capitola with our Golden Retrievers, Rufus & Ella. We love the outdoors and often spend time hiking in the redwoods or walking along the coastal bluffs. I feel it is important to support the local community and give back whenever possible. I make it a priority to spend time in volunteer work each week.


I am so thankful to live and work in Santa Cruz. This place is home.

  • Purchasing a home in Santa Cruz was such an easy process with Marcellina as our agent. Having purchased homes in the past in Chicago, Texas, and New Mexico we had grounded our expectations firmly in reality when undertaking a house hunt. Thanks to Marcellina, our experience was immensely better than that and even in such a competitive market this past Summer and Fall, we found the perfect place for us.
